Patrick Wells is a results-oriented business leader with over 18 years of experience in managing complex solutions and delivering strategic initiatives to improve client efficiencies and increase business performance. He delivers dynamic, charismatic and straightforward leadership to the workplace environment with a track record of excellence in problem solving, team management, and building and maintaining high-quality business relationships with each client. Prior to joining Medial EarlySign, Patrick worked at IBM Watson Health and Deloitte & Touche, and was instrumental in leading multiple complex client engagements. Patrick held leadership roles at Mega International, CCH-Axentis and McKesson, where he managed high-growth product and services lines. Patrick was awarded his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
